If you are injured at a hospital, you may be entitled to financial compensation. Depending on who did what, you may or may not be able to directly sue the hospital. The main issue with suing for medical malpractice is whether or not the doctor is an employee of the hospital. If he or she IS an employee, then it is possible to sue the hospital.
